Returns and Exchange
If a piece is not right for you, here is how we make it easy to return or exchange
Return Window and Condition
You have 7 days
- Ask for a return within 7 days of getting your order
- After 7 days we are not able to take the item back
- Start the request on WhatsApp and we will guide you from there
How it should come back
- The item must be unworn and in its original condition
- Tags should still be attached and not removed
- Please send it back in the original box it came in
Refunds and Exchange
Your refund
- Once we get the item back and check it, we start your refund
- The amount goes back to your original payment method
- Refunds usually show up in 5 to 7 days after we approve them
Exchange for size
- If the size is off, we are happy to exchange it for the right fit
- Exchange is subject to the size being in stock
- Not sure of your size? Check our size guide before you order
A Few Things to Know
Custom and made to order pieces
- Custom orders are made just for you, so they cannot be returned or refunded
- We confirm every detail of a custom piece with you before we begin
- If a custom piece arrives damaged, message us and we will make it right
